Located on the square in historic downtown Dawsonville. This newly renovated property was built in 1932 and served as Harben Bros. Service Station. Known as one of the first 24 hr. stations in America, it was a favorite stop for the moonshiners as well as the revenuers during overnight trips into Atlanta with their illegal goods. "The Station" received a major restoration in 2007 returning it to it's original condition including replica pumps and signage. The Station is the currently the home of Dawsonville Antiques.

Known to locals as the Tyson Building, this elegant facility was home to Tyson Foods for more than 20 years. Upon their departure, this complex underwent a major renovation in 2007 to become one of downtown Dawsonville’s premier properties. Heritage Square, as it’s now known, features three 1100 sq. ft. units and is home to Jones Law and Highway Nine Student Center.
